7. Join the dialogue: Shaping the future of BSR-Ukraine cooperation

Supporting Ukraine in the current situation of war against Russia is an important concern of the Baltic Sea Region actors. Here, the important question of mutual expectations, which are closely linked to the respective realities and thus practical dimensions and conditions, arises repeatedly. The workshops aim is to define possible fields of activity and develop a vision of co-operation based on the challenges identified.

2. Sustainable resilience in cities and communities through culture - Baltic Sea Cultural Pearls

The core of the workshop is the question of how to make what we do last, in this case the resilience we are creating through the project „BSR Cultural Pearls“. It will be discussed how the goal of durability can be integrated into concrete project activities as well as how to actively maintain the key features and tools of projects.

4. In defence of EU regional policy

Cohesion Policy is under pressure in view to the next programming period 2028-2034. There are indications that Cohesion Policy will be re-defined quite substantially. This workshop, won’t only discuss which trends can be observed but also most prominently how to deal with different possible future propositions from the European Commission.

8. From project to platform: impulses for sustaining and capitalising on results from Interreg projects

This workshop aims to explore how regions can make the best use of the results of Interreg projects for their own  development. It will look at some inspiring examples of how regions have facilitated the uptake of Interreg results in their policies. In an interactive session, the workshop participants will identify facilitators and barriers to sustain and capitalise on Interreg project results in the regions, and identify actions that the regions and/or the programme could take to  support a good uptake of results.
