URB Cultural Planning Roadmap is ready! 

At the end of 2020, the Baltic Sea Cultural Centre has published the Urb Cultural Planning Roadmap. The document is a summary of grood practices gathered in the course of the project. The Roadmap has been prepared in a participatory process which included two workshops and a survey. The Roadmap has been edited by Dorota Kamrowska-Zaluska, Hanna Obracht-Prondzynska and Krzysztof Stachura.

 

During the online workshop organized on the 12 of February 2021, the Roadmap has been consulted with actors working with culture and urban planning in the Pomorskie reion, making it a useful tool for all interested in the implementation of Cultural Planning approach in their communities. 

The overall purpose of URBCulturalPlanning project is to invite various participants (local actors and communities) to planning procedure and change the approach of planning method. URBCulturalPlanning goal is to make planning method more human-friendly.

 

The URB Roadmap workshop has gathered 60 participants from various institutions and NGO's from Pomorskie Voivodship. The URB Roadmap has been translated to Polish as well.

 

The organisers of workshop were: The Baltic Sea Cultural Centre, IKM (Instytut Kultury Miejskiej) in Gdansk and Pomorskie Voivodship

UrbCulturalPlanning project is funded by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region (BSR) programme. It is a BSR flagship project running from January 2019 to June 2021 with the total funding of 2.528.385 euros. BSSSC is supporting UrbCulturalPlanning project as an associated partner.
